When we received the inquiry form, we will send the details rate, tax & service applicable during period requested together with the benefits offers.
For confirm booking, we will send the reservation confirmation by e-mail writing together with invoice attached, the villa availability might change anytime without any prior notice therefore 50% deposit is required within 3 days after confirmation is received to secure the booking. The booking is considering as un-materialized booking if no deposit received after cut of time.
Changes to Bookings
All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. While Paddy View Villa Bali will Endeavour to accommodate booking changes this will only occur subject to availability.
We require that all cancellations are notified in email writing. Where a booking is cancelled a minimum of three months before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full subject to the approval of property owner.
Cancellations made less than three months prior to the arrival date forfeit all monies paid by the customer in relation to the booked stay. Final payments are non refundable.
Unless otherwise noted our booking seasons are:
Low Season : January 7th to June 30th
High Season : July 1st to August 31st
Peak Season : December 20th to January 6th
Minimum Stays and Rental Rates
Minimum night’s stays are as follows:
Low Season: 2 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 5 nights
We may agree to a shorter stay on a case by case basis. Rental rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are subject to change without notice. All rates are inclusive of tax and service charges and are quoted in United States Dollars. (US$) Rates are for villa rentals per night only. All other costs are at the expense of the Guest unless noted as benefits of the stay.
Damages, breakages or losses
The Guests are expected to keep the property and its facilities and equipments in good condition. The Guests are responsible to pay any damages, breakages or loses during their stay period caused by misconduct or negligence.
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Complains and Force Majeure
We always offer the best of accommodation and services for our clients during stay, however if any issues beyond of our control please kindly report to Villa Manager immediately to get the best solution of your problem. We are not accepting any complaint after check out.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with Paddy View Villa Bali, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
